Polly and Phil Diebel

Polly’s mother, Pauline Grant, was a long-time supporter of PCHAS during her lifetime. When Polly was a child, her family hosted two girls from the Itasca campus in their home, and this was the beginning of her interest and relationship with PCHAS that has grown over the years. As an adult, she became familiar with many of the other residential homes while serving on the agency’s Development Committee.

Polly and Phil married in 1993, and since then, both have developed an increasing affection for the children, as well as a profound admiration and respect for the staff that works tirelessly to support the children through PCHAS’s many Christian-based programs and services. It was this high regard for PCHAS that led them to establish the Polly and Phil Diebel Endowment in 2011, citing the residential and the foster care program as their special interests.

Because of the nurturing of children in a Christian environment of love and compassion—the belief that each child is precious in God’s eyes—PCHAS holds a special place in the Diebels’ hearts.
